It’s been a super busy day, but I wanted to make a quick post to share our dinner for tonight: we enjoyed Roasted Butternut Squash Soup. Credit for this tasty recipe goes to Cookie and Kate. I plan to check out their website for more light summer recipes. This soup had a perfect, creamy texture even though there wasn’t any cream in it. It was a beautiful evening for dinner on our deck: I hope that your Sunday has been a good one as well!
